The Grounded Body is a 2-month residential immersion for beginner, pre-intermediate, and intermediate dancers who are committed to movement as a full-time path.

This is not a program you attend —
it is a space you live in.

You will train, work, study, and create as part of a shared rhythm — where the body is shaped through consistency, attention, and lived experience.

Structure

Month 1 — Foundation Build rhythm, consistency, and discipline. Establish the relationship between training, contribution, recovery, and creation. Month 2 — Expansion Increase study, rehearsal, and creative responsibility. Move toward deeper refinement and final showcase preparation.

Daily Rhythm

6:00 – 9:00 AM — Movement training


9:00 – 11:00 AM — Breakfast and rest


11:00 AM – 2:00 PM — Volunteer path contribution


2:00 – 4:00 PM — Lunch and rest


4:00 – 6:00 PM — Time with animals/nature


Evenings — Creation, rehearsal, or study

Study evenings are focused only on body, anatomy, nutrition, energy, meditation, and healing.
